I am a native Oregonian born in Oregon City and have lived in Portland, Oregon City, Canby, Newport, Lincoln Beach, Depoe Bay, Coos Bay, Gold Beach and now in Florence. I also lived for about 40 years in Oxnard, Port Huenene and Ventura County California.

My first life was spent in the coin operated amusement and vending industry. Having founded and operated Channel Islands Amusements in Ventura County California, I know the value of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel this is the most important part of my job as a professional Realtor.

What do I do in my spare time? Taking care of my rental properties takes up a lot of my spare time, but I do find time to do a lot of cooking, reading and my one true passion, restoring old jukeboxes. I have always had a love of jukeboxes and I find great satifsaction in taking an old machine that has been neglected for 40 or 50 years and completley restoring them to like new condition. Note the picture on the home page of this web site, I am leaning on my 1954 Seeburg R jukebox that I did a complete "nut and bolts" restoration. The jukebox looks and works better than new.
