He led us to you through a property we never even got to look at, but had we not seen the flyer with your name on it, we wouldn't have come to you and seen those other places, and seen how you worked with us, and then not known you were the one we wanted to handle our property. Hi Paul, It’s good to hear from you.  While I have knowledge of and access to many towns north of Yachats, Florence is in Lane County and I do not have access to their MLS listings.  May I recommend to you a very good real estate broker, Chuck Gesik of Sand Castles Realty in Florence.
